1. Open cmd (command prompt) by going to start>and type cmd in search box.
2. Type D: or E: or any other drive letter which you want to create the undeletable and renameable folder except that which you have choosed to install windows and hit enter.
3. Now type md con/ (md = make dictionary and con is the folder name) and hit enter, you can also choose other words instead of con:- aux,lpt1,lpt2,lpt3,ltpt4 up to lpt9.
4. Now go to that folder and add whatever you want to and no one will able to delete or rename that folder.
NOTE:
If you want to delete that folder, type D: or E: (the drive where you have created the undeleteable and unrenameable folder) and hit enter.Now type rd con/ and hit enter, if you used any other names like aux,lpt1,lpt2,lpt3....lpt9 then replace con with that word.
