Yes you can change your google chrome icon in to a golden google icon with three another simple google chrome icons. Just follow the simple steps below.
1. Go to your google chrome shortcut or create a google chrome shortcut by going to installed folder and create an shortcut by right clicking on google chrome and selecting send to > select desktop(create shorcut).
2. Now go to desktop and right click on google chrome icon and select properties.
3. Click on shortcut tab and then click on the change icon tab, now it will list you three free google chrome icon with a golden google chrome icon on the right side of choose icon window.
4. Now click on your golden google chrome icon>ok and again click on ok.
Now see your google chrome with a full golden icon.
